Furniture

The school has received a grant from the department to purchase some new furniture. We will have surplus desks and chairs available before the summer. We will let you know when they are available should anyone like them for home.

Summer Works Scheme

The Board of Management is delighted to say that the school has received funding from the Department under the Summer Works Scheme. Accessing funds in the Summer Works Scheme is very difficult and we were one of only 16 schools in Co. Wexford to get funding this time. Swimming

A quick reminder about swimming forms and vetting forms, if required. We have a good few swimming forms back but are still missing quite a few! Please do let us know if you would like to aid your child in dressing. Vetting forms can be sent home and processed in approx two weeks.

Hurling – GAA Training

Hurling starts in school this week on Wednesday the 5th of February. John will be back working with us for the rest of the term. The infants class will be playing games focusing on co-ordination and primary movements, and will not need a hurl or helmet.
