Winter and Illness

We have received this advice from the HSE regarding illnesses that are going around at the moment. Thankfully, we have very few pupils who are currently absent due to illness. We would respectfully request that any children who are ill are kept home until they are well again, particularly given how close we are to Christmas. Craft Fair

Huge thanks to Elaine for organising the recent craft fair in Davidstown Community Hall. The event was very successful raising €400 for the school. This money will go towards the development of our Nurture Room. Many thanks to all who supported the Craft Fair.

Book Fair

Many thanks to the parents who volunteered to help with the Book Fair and to everyone who purchased books. The school will now receive €500 worth of books from the Book Fair company, Scholastic. This means that we will be able to purchase new sets of class novels and books to refresh our class libraries. Thank you!

On Friday our debating team of Adam, Callum and Hollie took part in their first school debate against Bree NS .
